Each expression you get will have an open mouth and closed mouth
I will draw your arms then send you all of the expressions with that arm added to it also
(example, I drew open hand, two open hands, and kept it on a separate layer the only reason I charge the 3$ is cause of the time it takes to save all the expressions with the hands! IF YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND LOOK AT THE IMAGE BELOW!)
These will be sent pngs, I personally edit mine in clipchamp and import and place each expression myself!
(From what I know if you use OBS i think you'd be able to import the images!)

Terms of service

TERMS OF SERVICE AND COMMISSION INFORMATION
The Client (you) will agree to and acknowledge the
following:• Payments will be made through Ko-fi
- ✧ -
If you want a refund the first deposit will be kept if the art piece is already finished or past line art.
If I'm still on the sketch or only recently did the lineart you will recieve a full refund.
(IF LINEART IS FINISHED i'll probably reuse it on a personal art piece, if you plan to recommission with the same post let me know in advance, I'll keep the line art aside for you!)

• The Artist (MayhemMaws) has the right to refuse any
commission they don’t feel comfortable with
- ✧ -
• Client agrees the commission will be for personal
use only, such as: pfps, social media, phone
backgrounds, etc.
- ✧ -
• Client agrees that no piece created by the Artist will
be used for Client’s own profit, this includes: NFTS, AI, Re-selling, ect.
(re-selling the art piece alone that I made for a lower or higher price is not ok, with the exception if you we're selling your character.)
(With the exception of character stills being used for streaming or Vidoes this does not include for merch, ect. )

• Artist will not begin work until payment is made
- ✧ -
• Refunds will be given if the Artist is unable to
complete the commission for any reason pertaining to the Artist’s life circumstances
- ✧ -
• Artist has the right to issue a refund at any time or stage if they do not feel comfortable with the Artist-
Client interaction ( In this case a full refund will be issued.)
- ✧ -
• Artist reserves all rights to their artwork, including
but not limited to, the right to reproduction

• If any aspect of the final product is deemed
incorrect by the Client due to the Client’s reference/
information given to the Artist, or if the issue wasn't made clear, the Artist has the option to not
make corrections to the commission and the
commission is ineligible for refund

• Artist has the right to publish their commissions
on their social medias (if the Client intends for the
commission to be a private piece, it must be made
known before the commission is worked on)

• Client will not commission another Artist to alter the
Artist’s finished and/or unfinished work
- ✧ -
• Client will not remove the Artist’s signature from the
finished product
- ✧ -
• Upon approval of the Line art phase, the Client is
considered as having given their full satisfaction
with the direction of the commission, and no further
revisions will be made other than small color adjustments.

• Artist will not be asked to draw in a different style
than what is presented in their current artwork
- ✧ -
• If the Client is a repeat client of the Artist, the Client
agrees to read the TOS completely, even if they have already read it previously
- ✧ -
Artist will communicate through Telegram or Ko-fi the most.
(I don't mind using other things such a Twitter/X, DeviantArt, Tumblr or Tiktok dms.)

• The Client is responsible for providing a clear idea of
what they want in the commission.

THE COMMISSION PROGRESS
WHAT YOU NEED TO SEND ME!
• Flat colored reference of character ( If there are any
changes from the reference please do inform me before the line art state, the change might not be fixable past that point.)

• If there is no clear reference supplied to the Artist,
the Artist may decline your commission request
- ✧ -
• If the Client does not have a flat colored reference of their character, please provide a colored-in pre-made base as a map of general colors, details, and markingsWHAT I DO DURNING THE COMMISSION!

• Once payment is made, the Artist will inform you about when your art will be worked on
- ✧ -
• Once the client's art is actively being worked on the Client will
receive a sketch of their commission first as a proof
of concept and layout
- ✧ -
• At this sketch phase, the Client can ask for revisions
- ✧ -
• Client is allowed to redline anything or mark up the
sketch if there are any specific changes to be made
- ✧ -
• Client will be able to review the “flat color” stage of
a piece, to review correct colors, which is considered
a small revision and will not cost extra
- ✧ -
• after the “flat color” stage is approved, the Artist will move
forward to complete the piece
- ✧ -
• Finished piece will be sent to Client, if the client can't be sent images off of the app they chose to talk on then it will be posted same day and they can download it off there
- ✧ -
• Commissions are typically done within two weeks once I inform you that your art will be started, if this period will take longer I will inform you!
- ✧ -
• By agreeing to the TOS, client agrees NOT to use the
final commission piece for NFTs and/or upload
into AI image programs and that you have read all of my TOS.
